​Instructions for booking a room:

  • Select a start time for your booking and use the drop-down menu to choose the duration. Reservations can be made for up to 4 consecutive hours.
  • Click on “Submit Times” and continue to confirm your booking details. This will include reviewing our terms, conditions and policies and entering your reservation information along with your school status and UCF ID.
  • Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your room reservation with a code that will be needed to check in to the room on the day of your reservation.
  • When your reservation time begins, you have 15 minutes to check in once inside the room, otherwise your reservation will be canceled. You can check in by using the QR code next to the entry door of the study room, the QR code listed on the card on the table inside the room, or with the link located inside of your confirmation email. You can only do so when you’re in the room.
  • Active Wheelchair Icon Indicates that the room has sufficient space for wheelchair turnaround.

Box Color Room Details
Green box with no pattern indicating room is available to book.  Green; no pattern = Available
Red box with diagonal slash pattern indicating that the room is reserved.  Red; diagonal lines = Booked
Yellow box with horizontal pattern indicating the room booking is pending.  Yellow; horizontal lines = Unconfirmed Booking
